At Treehut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted timepiece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original wooden box and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
