Can I customize or engrave my order?
Yes, we offer professional laser engraving on the back of most watch cases. You can add a personal message, date, or logo during the checkout process to create a unique gift.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom engraved items require an additional 2-4 business days for processing before they are dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are Treehut watches water-resistant?
Our wood watches are splash-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain or hand washing. However, they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming or showering due to the natural properties of the wood.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every Treehut timepiece is covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.
